We proudly stand by our product, if something goes wrong with your Washee or your pipes as either a result of our design and/our manufacturing, we will replace it immediately and you are entitled to return your unit for a full refund.
If you receive the wrong item as a result of an error on our end, we’ll cover shipping costs to swap for the new item risk free. The original 60 day policy clock resets until you receive your new and correct item.
